At Herculisy, we strive to deliver high-quality design and development services that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments may be refunded or services may be cancelled.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with the work provided, you are eligible for a 100% refund, only before making the final payment to accept and close the project.

• Once the final payment is made, it is considered an approval of the work, and no refund will be issued afterward.

2. Project Cancellation by Client

• You may cancel the project at any time before the final delivery and payment.

• If you cancel after work has started but before final approval, and you're not satisfied with the progress, a full refund will be provided under the satisfaction guarantee.

• If you're satisfied but choose to cancel for other reasons, a partial refund may be issued, based on the work completed.

3. Cancellation by Herculisy

• Herculisy reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or breach of terms by the client.

• In such cases, a partial or full refund will be issued depending on the stage of the project and work completed.

4. No Refund After Final Approval

• Once you have reviewed and approved the work by making the final payment, the project is considered completed and accepted.

• After this point, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Revision Policy

• We are committed to your satisfaction and will offer reasonable revisions as per the original project scope.

• Major changes or additions outside the original brief may be subject to additional charges.

7. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
